What you need for this position: > 8 years of strategic digital marketing experience managing a variety of digital channels to scale-up businesses in various markets, such as Europe and USA Strong in strategy development as well as operational implementation A master degree in digital marketing or business studies (or equivalent) Confidence at interpreting complex data and drawing out insights for business growth and optimization Experience in implementing a growth plan to drive change and opportunities from a Digital standpoint Excellent project management, communication and people skills Strong stakeholder management capabilities Willingness to understand our business to be on point with planned activities Fully fluent in English, German language skills are a plus International experience Strong presentation skills (C-Level communication) Experience in managing a team is a must The future: Experience a dynamic and challenging environment.
